We learnt lots about how to plant a very small seedling, thanks to the lovely Room 14 children. It is amazing to think that these little plants will grow into really big trees. They will be put into the shade houses that are on our school grounds, and looked after. When they get bigger they will be transplanted into the community for people to enjoy.
This is a place where we can share our 2013 learning, in our Year 0/1 class. Haere mai, welcome. Please feel free to leave a comment.

Planting Out Native Seedlings
We helped Room 14, the Kakariki Club Gardeners and other students to plant 1300 native tree seedlings as part of our trees for survival project.
