We had a great time making our straw rockets. We traced around the rocket shape, coloured it in and cut it out. We got another smaller piece of paper that we rolled up. That made a narrow pocket that we taped to the back of the rocket. The straw slipped inside ..... and then we were ready for action! It took a little practise before we could launch our rockets.
